Kian Heng Engineering Works Pte Ltd truly understands that its business existence and growth; like many other organizations; depend on PEOPLE, i.e. its staffs, business counterparts and the public, Hence, the ensuring of people's well being; in term of Health & Safety; during the course of its business operation is a paramount concern.
The company shall strive to nature a SAFETY CULTURE amongst its people thru the promotion of safety awareness, safety education and the application of an effective Safety Management System over the long haul.
It firmly believes that safety is a shared responsibility amongst its people and true success can only be achieved with everyone's commitment. Therefore, it shall endeavor to unite the people's shared interests, values and efforts to make Safety the way of life in every aspect of its business.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Contribution to the protection of MOTHER EARTH is oftern hard to quantify as results are usually non-immediate and / or hard to link to a particular cause or one's action. Nonetheless, Kian Heng Engineering Works Pte Ltd believes it has a strong moral obligation towards the well being of the environment for the sake of its people and others in this and future generations.
This is in-line with its long standing philosophy that business sucess should not be gauged on profitability alone but to also embrace the other equally important criterion of contribution towards PEOPLE and ENVIRONMENT.
The company shall integrate and apply an effective Environment Management System into its business operation. In tandem, it will advocate a GREEN CULTURE amongst its people thru better awareness and education on the various environmental concerns as well as their impacts.
